Our frontage property on the Upper Tigre, up-and-downriver from the El Toro Bridge, is forest land where nire and lenga (all species of southland beech trees) predominate, along with a sparse representation of coigue. Here the leaves change color in fall and the brilliant hues run from dark red to shades of orange andy ellow. All this land slopes from the river to the back of the properties, which are well above the small flood plain (about 2-3 feet, as the river here is not far from its source); all overlook spectacular, towering, snow-covered peaks visible in every direction of the compass!
  1. To the left of the El Toro Bridge (map 6 “A-2”), 1.10 hectares (2.8 acres) on recently fenced site, roughly 60 meters river frontage; natural spring; 140 meters deptha nd 100 meters wide at the back of the property; beautifully forested plateaus that provide exquisite buildling sites and view from this property; entrance gate on the main road, 100 feet from the bridge; US$12,000.
  2. To the right of El Toro Bridge (map 6-B), 2 hectares (5 acres), two entrance gates; 150 meters frontage, 200 meters depth; woodshed-storeroom, outhouse; beautifully forested, wonderful views and building sites; US $20,000.
  3. To the right of the El Toro Bridge, immediately downriver from 6 B to about 50 meters distance from the lots on 4 B, 6 hectares (15 acres), 500 meters of frontage from 75-150 meters in depth; all connected by the frontage service road through gates on 6 B; from US $7000 to $12,000 per hectare ($2800-$4800 per acre).

The following properties begin the farthest downriver on map 4 B.

  1. Downriver 400 meters from the parking area; four hectares (10 acres) with 400 meters of river frontage and 110 meters depth, recently fenced separately, US$20,000; accessible by trail; building materials close by.
